“Fit Combat Class” is a fun fast paced action class which combines Martial Arts and Aerobics. It includes many power Martial Arts movement techniques, typically from kick boxing, Muay Thai, Kung fu, Taekwondo and Karate do.

Along with upbeat music which helps makes the class more energetic, “Fit Combat Class” will help get your body fit by mixing speed, endurance and flexibility which all assist creating a steel spirit of a real pugilist. The class also helps reduce stress, increase energy levels and another benefit is you can use these techniques to escape or protect yourself in a “real life” emergency situation.

Dear Valued Members,

Star Fitness is pleased to announce that we have now lined up two different possible exercise classes for our member’s children (“Aerobics” and “Dance Sports”) for a small fee of 440.000 vnd ( included 5% VAT ) for 1 month class pass – 4 times .

We would like to begin these classes every Saturday in the very near future but in order to organize them properly for the most convenient times and to split the classes up into different age groups, we need to obtain the following information :

•   The class you’re most interested in having your child participate in “Aerobics” or “Dance Sports”?
• The best time for the class to start on Saturday?
•  The age of your child?

If you’re interested in having your child join either of these classes, please inform one of our receptionists and they will record the information mentioned above. After we have received enough comments from the members, we will announce the new classes based on the information obtained. Please note, however, that each class will be limited to the first 20 children so please hurry and sign up as soon as possible.
